Questions, answered.
The questions we hear most before someone applies. Looking for something specific to distribution, publishing, Content ID or another service? Each service page has its own detailed FAQ too — this page covers the things that don't belong to just one of them.
We're an operating distribution, publishing and label services company — not a reseller or white-label front for someone else's platform. Every service on this site is something our team delivers directly. If you want to verify before applying, our contact page lists a real way to reach us, and every partner application goes to an actual person for review — not an automated approval.
Distribution gets your recordings onto Spotify, Apple Music and every other platform, and pays you for streams. Publishing administers the composition side — the songwriting royalties owed whenever your song is performed, broadcast or used elsewhere, a separate income stream from streaming. Label services adds active promotion on top of distribution — playlist pitching, ad campaigns, PR — for artists who want a team working the release, not just delivering it. Most artists start with distribution alone and add publishing or label services as the catalog grows.
Yes — most clients do. Distribution and publishing commonly run together, since they're two different royalty streams from the same recordings. Label services and artist management build on top of distribution rather than replacing it. You don't have to bundle everything at once — add services as your needs change.
No fixed minimum — we work with first-time single releases and full label catalogs on the same infrastructure. What we do look at during application review is fit: whether the service you're applying for actually matches where you are right now, since services like label services or artist management make more sense once there's a release history to build on.
Apply through our partner form — it takes about five minutes and covers your catalog, current numbers, and what you're looking for. A real person reviews every application; we don't auto-approve or auto-reject.
Your application goes to our team for review, not a queue that auto-responds. We look at your catalog, current numbers, and which service actually fits. If it's a fit, you'll hear back with real terms, usually within a few business days. If it's not the right fit yet, we'll tell you that directly rather than leave you waiting.
Yes — distribution and publishing both operate globally, and our royalty collection covers the international societies and territories most independent artists never register with directly. Wherever your fans are, that's where we're set up to collect.
Start with the question that matters most right now: do you need your music on streaming platforms (distribution), are songwriting royalties going uncollected (publishing), do you need active promotion on a release (label services), or help running the business side of your career (artist management)? If that doesn't narrow it down, apply anyway and tell us where you're stuck — matching you to the right service is part of what review is for.
Every client gets a real point of contact, not a rotating support queue. If you're already a client, your statements and messaging live in the client portal. If you haven't started yet, use our contact form for questions before applying.
Your application goes through Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, and your information is used only to review your application — we don't sell it or use it for anything else. Full details are in our privacy policy.
